In order to ground the plasty of a defect following resection of a focus of aseptic necrosis of the femoral head (ANFH), different theoretical studies were conducted, which made it possible to develop the optimum technique of the operation. Remote results of the application of the above technique were analysed within the terms from 1 to 10 years in 34 patients, and these turned out to be positive in 94 % of cases. Hence, the developed method of treatment of early stages of ANFH can be suggested for further introduction.References
