Process for handling cases requiring corrections

In the event of complaints (submitted anonymously or posted on social media rather than sent directly to the editor), pending manuscripts or published articles will be reviewed in accordance with the publisher's policy, consistent with the COPE principles and guidelines.

Complaints will be investigated only if there is reasonable evidence. If there are signs of defamation and it is not supported by evidence, then a request for substantiated evidence will be submitted to start an investigation.

The editorial board of the journal guarantees the implementation of all procedures aimed at preserving the principles of academic integrity and ensuring compliance with all ethical norms.

If the complaint concerns an already published article and its validity is proven, the changes will be indicated in the next issue as soon as possible.
