In case of a rupture of the shoulder rotator cuff, spiral computed tomography with a contrast made it possible to detect degrees of a soft tissue injury and degenerative-dystrophic changes, as well as the rotator cuff rupture. The suggested modified method of surgical restoration in patients with a rupture of their shoulder rotator cuff increased efficacy of the treatment, reduced traumatism and decreased postoperative complications.References
