fractures of humerus, surgeryAbstract
The article deals with experience of treating 66 patients with fractures of their proximal humerus, who underwent surgical treatment with use of different methods of metal osteosynthesis. New techniques of osteosynthesis for fractures of types A and B with bone plates and for type C with a pin-rod device, used at the hospital, are described. A differential approach to treatment of the above pathology depending upon the fracture character made it possible to improve results of the treatment.
