Abstract

The study was based on an analysis of results of surgical treatment of 35 patients with open and closed irreducible and reducible unstable injuries of distal metaepiphyses of the forearm bones. The distraction technique of treatment with external fixing rod devices and Ilizarov’s devices, as well as open reposition and internal fixing were used. Abilities of surgical techniques, which determine their application, were analysed.
