The article deals with biomechanical grounds for ensuring a stable fixation of the femoral component of an endoprosthesis of ORTEN system. A detailed analysis of a strained state of the bone in the areas of its contact with the endoprosthesis was made. It was revealed that in cases of the normal implantation the constructional peculiarities of ORTEN endoprostheses completely ensured the primary fixation stability, a sufficient level of the reliable implant fixation being achieved.References
