The authors present their own positive experience of using a femoral endoprosthesis, manufactured by BEZNOSKA s.r.o. Company, for revision arthroplasty. The most common cause for replacing the endoprosthesis was aseptic instability, followed by septic instability, and, in rare cases, by periprosthetic fractures of the femur as result of injury.
