Abstract

Strength and stiffness of the lower jaw were analysed in health and after reconstruction with use of a meshed implant proceeding from an analysis of a specified design model on the basis of a patient’s computed tomography data; the above model will make it possible to take into account both geometrical parameters and mechanical properties of osseous and soft tissues.
