Abstract

The article systematizes well-known approaches to planning high corrective tibial osteotomy in knee joint arthrosis. The authors describe main stages in the preparation for the correction with regard for the patient’s physical and radiological examinations. The researchers list main techniques for radiological planning of high corrective tibial osteotomy. Particular attention is paid to the postoperative axis criteria of the lower extremity.
