Problems in improving the treatment of pelvic injuries

On the basis of his 15 years of experience in treating patients with pelvic injuries the author recommends to use the modern AO/ASIF classification. Side by side with the characteristic of clinical material, the article contains concrete recommendations for managing patients, describes necessary medical-diagnostic measures and sequence of their procedures. The article focuses attention on an integrated approach to treatment and improvements in the organization and level of rendering aid to such patients.
