Abstract

The analysis of the literature on risk factors for congenital anomalies of the extremities in children. The role of drugs, environmentally harmful environmental factors, bad habits, etc., affect the body of a pregnant woman. The literature presents extensive observations of this disease, but the evidence base is not always characterized by reliability, due to the difficulty of interpreting the data and complex, not fully study the impact of exogenous factors on prenatal development. A number of issues regarding congenital anomalies of limbs, particularly the etiology and pathogenesis, require further study.
