This research was based on results of clinical-functional examinations (EMG, ichnography) of 107 disabled patients, who had undergone an operation of total hip arthroplasty (THA) and had medical-social rehabilitation within 2005-2010 at the clinic of the National Centre of Rehabilitation and Prosthesis Making for Invalids. In compliance with an analysis of their own material, the authors believe that the proper therapeutic and expert-rehabilitative tactics (development of functionally grounded assessment criteria for vital activity restriction, including the state of capacity for work in people after THA at different postoperative terms) make it possible for a significant number of patients to return to productive life and restore their capacity for work. Also, EMG and ichiography are reliable techniques here for revealing THA efficacy.References
