Experience of using Tutoplast® bioimplants for bone defect substitution in case of tuberculous ostitis in 29 children is described. Radical-restorative operations accompanied by long-term antituberculosis therapy resulted in elimination of pathological processes in bones and an adequate reconstruction of the bioimplants with a rapid renewal of the bone structure and functions.References
